How it works

  • We will meet for an initial session, this is an opportunity for me to take some details about you and your difficulty.  This is also an opportunity for you to decide if you can work with me.
  • If you decide to carry on coming to counselling, we will discuss and sign a Online Therapeutic Aggreement inc GDPR that outlines what our work will be.
  • Each sessions will last for 50 minutes, the last 10 minutes to summarise and plan the next session.
  • I will keep clinical notes that only I have access too, these will be kept in a locked cabinet that only I have access to.

Cost (including cancelling sessions)

The initial session costs £20.00
Further sessions are £40.00, which is payable at the beginning of the session. You can pay by cash, cheque or you can pay by debit card (this will incur an additional charge.)
If you cancel a session within 24 hours of the appointed time of our session, There is a cancellation fee of £20.00 to cover cost of the room. This will need to be paid at the very next appointed session.
I review client progress every 6 weeks to ensure that you are getting the support you need.
