How it works
-
We will meet for an initial session, this is an opportunity for me to take some details about you and your difficulty. This is also an opportunity for you to decide if you can work with me.
-
If you decide to carry on coming to counselling, we will discuss and sign a Online Therapeutic Aggreement inc GDPR that outlines what our work will be.
-
Each sessions will last for 50 minutes, the last 10 minutes to summarise and plan the next session.
-
I will keep clinical notes that only I have access too, these are stored electronically.
